Earlier in the year I wanted our WM department at church to dress a table for the Alexes Club. It was a bit harder than I thought. Looking for silverware and plates and napkins. I had to use a checklist and checked and rechecked to make sure i had everything. I borrowed pieces and used mom's china...which she neglected to tell me she had... not one but 3 services for eight....I hope to do it again next year..It was fun and i enjoyed checking out vintage items in the thrift shops. I found the tea caddies with California inscribed at a Salvation Army store!!!

Well it took you long enough

After numerous complaints about why I have not kept up with my other blog, I have decided to start one here....I guess I started thinking heavily about it since reorganizing old pictures to put in an anniversary booklet. I used to scrapbook, but after so many distractions, I put that on the back burner....I promise to start.. Right now, I'm bogged down with requests to take pictures at church, so I have borrowed two digital cameras, since I have yet to own one. Yes, I still have my APS, but trust me, I'm sold on the advantages of digital
